Hi, I’m Alex Baker.

I hate ketchup.
I hate cancer more.
But I love Exercise Inc.

As a fellow Exercise Inc client, I’m excited to have you join me in our effort to move this winter!

About Ketchup to Cancer

After losing his wife, Amanda, to colorectal cancer in 2019, Alex became a client at Exercise Inc. After losing weight and getting stronger, he has now become a charity marathoner who has raised nearly $43,000 to fight back against cancer.

His motto, “I hate Ketchup. I hate cancer more,” is a driving force behind his charity, Ketchup to Cancer.

Beginning on the 7th anniversary of Amanda’s passing on February 5 through her birthday on March 22, he is hosting a virtual 3.11mi walk/run event to showcase the power of movement.
